Nana’s Banana Bread Puddingbanana-bread-pudding

  • 3 Kaiser Rolls
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 4 egg replacers (I use these)
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 8×8 pan with cooking spray.
Break bread into bite sized pieces, put into dish. Drizzle  melted butter over the bread.
Slice bananas and mix into bread pieces.
In a small bowl, mix egg replacers up very well. Add to all other ingredients and mix well.
Pour over bread and bananas making sure each piece of bread is soaked.
Cook for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
